Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Conversion Optimization: Proactively follow up on abandoned checkouts through personalized outreach, turning potential losses into sales. Respond promptly to Shopify ping messages from clients on the website, addressing queries and sealing the deal.
Instagram Sales Growth: Leverage Instagram as a sales tool by engaging with leads, responding to DMs, and converting interest into purchases.
- WhatsApp Business Development:Build and manage a new sales funnel via WhatsApp Business, creating strategies to attract, engage, and convert customers through this channel.
- Customer Engagement:Master the Devnaagri product line to confidently pitch, upsell, and overcome objections, ensuring customers feel valued and understood.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by identifying opportunities and acting decisively to close deals.
- Data-Driven Insights:Track and analyze sales performance across channels, providing feedback to improve processes and strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills with a colloquial, relatable command of English to connect effortlessly with customers.
- A ruthless drive to convert leads into sales, with the flexibility to work any time of day or night to meet customer needs.
- Enterprising mindset—proactive, resourceful, and innovative in finding new ways to reach and persuade clients.
- Quick learner with a passion for mastering product knowledge and using it to build trust and close sales.
- Experience in B2C sales, preferably with Shopify, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business platforms (a plus, but not required).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with mínimal supervision.
