**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a Reels Creator & Community Builder who can produce engaging short-form videos and actively nurture our online audience. If you’re both creative and people-focused, this is your opportunity to create content that connects and builds loyal followers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality Instagram Reels that reflect brand voice.
- Stay updated on content trends, audio, and formats to boost reach.
- Actively engage with followers through comments, stories, and DMs.
- Build a sense of community by initiating conversations and responding to audience feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with growth goals.
- Track engagement and adjust strategies to improve performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in content creation or community management.
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
- Deep understanding of Instagram culture, trends, and audience behavior.
- Creative thinker with an interest in branding and audience growth.
