**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for an **Instagram Reels Creator & Growth Executive** who can create engaging short-form video content and drive organic growth on Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who understands trends, knows how to hook attention fast, and can turn creative storytelling into audience engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, script, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels that align with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with trending formats, audio, and platform updates.
- Post consistently and optimize Reels for reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars and messaging.
- Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and story interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience creating Instagram Reels or video content.
- Proficiency in using Instagram’s in-app tools and basic editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot).
- Strong creative thinking and understanding of visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with Instagram growth strategies and content performance metrics.
- Comfortable on camera with a clear, energetic presentation style.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
