**Job description**

We are seeking an Instagram Marketer to join our team and contribute to the creation of compelling designs that align with specific requirements. As the Instagram Marketer Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing Instagram marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic and conversions.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement Instagram marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including increasing followers, engagement, and conversions.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content for Instagram posts, stories, & reels that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Plan and execute Instagram advertising campaigns, including content creation, audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) to measure the effectiveness of Instagram campaigns and optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with Instagram platform updates, features, and trends, and leverage new opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.
- Engage with followers and manage comments, messages, and user-generated content to foster a positive community and enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and influencers, to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in Instagram marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 Year’s experience in Instagram marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and content.
- Deep understanding of Instagram platform features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and engage with followers.
- Salary as per the market standard.
