**Performance Marketing Executive - Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**

**Job Summary**

We are hiring a **Performance Marketing Executive** who has practical experience with **Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)**. You will be responsible for running paid ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring lead generation or conversions as per campaign goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Monitor daily performance and suggest improvements
- Set up targeting, retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike strategies
- Run A/B tests on creatives, captions, and placements
- Track and report campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)
- Coordinate with content/design team for creatives
- Stay updated with Meta ad trends and policy changes

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager
- Good understanding of ad targeting, pixel setup, and budget optimization
- An analytical mindset to read campaign performance data & basic Excel or Google Sheets reporting skills.
