**Roles and Responsibilities**_
- **Campaign Management**: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet business goals and KPIs. Continuously optimize through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive strategies. Identify new growth opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- **Budget Management**: Efficiently manage and allocate budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget and achieve financial targets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with content, design, and product teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages. Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
- **Qualifications**_
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing..
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
