**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Analyze performance data to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Manage and monitor daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient spending.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Self-starter with good time management and the ability to work independently.
