Role Overview

We need someone who lives and breathes Instagram — someone who understands how to create unscrollable content, viral reels, UGC-style videos, and high-converting ads. This role isn't just about posting pretty content. It's about making moms stop, watch, engage, and buy.

As our Instagram Content and Ads Creator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and executing viral hooks, reels, AI-based content, and UGC-style videos.
  • Creating performance-driven ads (like for our breakthrough Perineal Spray) that actually convert into sales.
  • Managing our Instagram page end-to-end — from content strategy and posting to engagement and growth.
  • Running and optimizing ad campaigns with clear KPIs for awareness, engagement, and sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging Instagram reels, stories, and posts.
  • Conceptualize and produce ads that sell, using storytelling and emotional hooks.
  • Collaborate with our team to understand product USPs and build content that highlights them authentically.
  • Use AI tools, video editing software, and trending formats to create original, viral-worthy content.
  • Analyze Instagram insights and ad performance, then optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Manage Instagram page growth, scheduling, and community engagement like a pro.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends, algorithms, and ad strategies to keep Floridus ahead of the curve.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise in content creation and video editing (Reels, AI tools, trending edits).
  • Strong command of English — brilliant at crafting hooks, captions, and scripts.
  • Advanced knowledge of Instagram marketing & algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (running + optimizing campaigns).
  • Ability to manage Instagram pages end-to-end (content calendar, scheduling, engagement).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Tools/Software Knowledge

  • Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / VN
  • Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
  • Meta Ads Manager & Analytics
  • AI tools (for video + script generation)

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
