**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos of sports products, factory operations, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create engaging product demos, tutorials, and promotional content.
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots inside the factory and on-location.
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Add graphics, titles, animations, and sound to enhance video quality.
- Maintain organized video archives and backup files regularly.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brand’s visual and quality standards.
- Assist in setting up photo or video shoots, including staging products and ensuring the factory environment is shoot-ready.
- Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
- Stay updated with trends in video production, sports marketing, and digital media.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and sound recording.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with sports product videos or industrial video shoots is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in media, film studies, communications, or a related field preferred.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with product photography or graphic design.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools.
- Familiarity with social media content creation and trends.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position based in Meerut.
- Must be comfortable working in a factory environment.
- May require occasional travel for shoots at events or with clients.
