**Role Overview**:
As a Brand Content Creator at Electrogets Technologies, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business goals with our clients' needs. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content, developing strategies to drive audience engagement, and enhancing our brand's presence across social media platforms. You will also be instrumental in improving our clients' business outcomes and boosting our agency's productivity and market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Produce compelling content for social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, including written, visual, and audio formats.
- **Graphic Design**: Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Video editing tool and Canva.
- **Multimedia Production**: Create high-quality photography and videos, including Instagram Reels and promotional content, to enhance marketing efforts.
- **Campaign Management**: Manage and optimize Instagram and Facebook marketing campaigns to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective content strategies to drive audience engagement and achieve business objectives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to align content with company goals and client requirements, ensuring consistency and impact.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with emerging trends in graphic design and social media to keep our content fresh and competitive.
- **Storyboarding**: Create storyboards and visual layouts for video content to ensure a cohesive and engaging narrative.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in content creation and graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Instagram, Instagram Reels, and content creation tools. Strong understanding of graphic design principles and audience engagement.
- **Technical Abilities**: Expertise in photography, video editing, graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effect, Canva), and social media marketing tools.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively and work collaboratively with team members.

**Salary Range**: ₹3 LPA to ₹6 LPA

**Office Timing**:

- Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
- Saturday: 09:30 AM to 03:30 PM
