DecorTwist is a home decor brand. We are seeking a passionate and creative Female Influencer Marketing cum Content Creator to join our team and help shape the narrative of our brand through influencer collaborations.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Influencer Identification and Outreach:

- Conduct research to identify relevant female influencers within the home decor industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of potential influencers for various campaigns.

Collaboration Management:

- Establish and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Negotiate and execute collaboration agreements, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for influencer campaigns, including product shipments and content creation timelines.

Content Strategy:

- Work closely with influencers to develop creative and engaging content that aligns with our brand image and resonates with our target audience.
- Provide guidance on content creation, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Campaign Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Stay Current on Industry Trends:

- Keep abreast of trends in the home decor and influencer marketing space to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in influencer marketing, specifically within the home decor industry.
- Strong network and relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
