**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, maintain, and manage a strong influencer database (minimum 2,000+ verified influencers).
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Negotiate collaborations, barter deals, and paid partnerships with influencers.
- Organize and manage **influencer meetups, networking sessions, and brand events**.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and analyze ROI.
- Stay updated with emerging influencers, social media trends, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with brand managers and content teams for campaign alignment.

**Key Requirements**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, PR, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing (agency/brand side preferred).
- Must have verified **personal database of 2,000+ influencers** across various niches.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently organize and manage influencer meetups/events.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms is an added advantage.
