Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Noida, Sector 58 (In-office only) Experience: 2–3 years Preference: Prior agency experience strongly preferred Role Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who actually knows how to drive sales and measurable results, not just send random barter DMs. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling influencer collaborations across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.If you don’t know how to track ROI, negotiate like a pro, or manage 20+ influencers at once, this role is not for you.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & PlanningBuild and execute monthly influencer marketing plans aligned with brand & performance goals.Identify the right creator mix (nano, micro, macro) based on campaign objectives – awareness, engagement, or conversions.Research platforms & trends to spot high-potential creators before everyone else finds them.2. Influencer Discovery & OutreachSource and shortlist relevant influencers using tools, platforms, and manual research.Write sharp outreach messages and close collaborations (paid, barter, affiliate, etc.).Maintain and regularly update an influencer database with pricing, performance, and category tags.3. Negotiation & Relationship ManagementNegotiate deliverables, timelines, and costing to ensure maximum ROI per collaboration.Build long-term relationships with top-performing creators for ongoing campaigns.Coordinate contracts, invoices, and payments with the internal accounts/ops team.4. Campaign ExecutionCreate and share clear briefs with influencers (hooks, CTAs, USPs, brand guidelines).Coordinate script approvals, shoot timelines, and content reshoots if required.Ensure content goes live on time with correct tags, links, discount codes, and CTAs.5. Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack campaign performance: reach, engagement, swipe-ups/clicks, coupon usage, sales, CPA/ROAS from influencer content.Identify top-performing creators and formats and double down on what works.Create weekly and monthly reports with insights, learnings, and clear next steps.6. Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with the performance marketing team to sync influencer content with ads.Coordinate with the content/creative team for scripts, hooks, and visual guidelines.Work with website / landing page / product teams to ensure tracking links & offer codes work smoothly.Must-Have Skills & Experience2–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing.Agency experience preferred – used to handling multiple brands/campaigns and tight timelines.Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube (videos & shorts), and UGC trends.Proven experience in:Shortlisting and onboarding influencersNegotiating fees and deliverablesManaging multiple campaigns simultaneouslyTracking performance with basic analytics (UTM, coupon codes, dashboards, etc.)Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.Strong communication skills – written & verbal (Hindi + English).Highly organised, deadline-oriented, and able to handle chaos without crying.Good to Have (Bonus Points)Experience with D2C / e-commerce / beauty / wellness / astrology / spiritual brands.Understanding of paid ads (Meta/YouTube/Google) and how influencer content feeds into paid campaigns.Experience running affiliate or creator-led sales campaigns.Work Model & CompensationWork mode: In-office only – Noida, Sector 58Timings & working days: Full-time (details will be shared during interview)Salary: Competitive, based on experience and performance
