**Role Overview**:
We’re hiring an **Instagram Reels Creator** to develop short-form video content that captures attention, reflects our brand, and drives engagement. If you enjoy creating visually appealing, on-trend Reels and know how to tell a story in 30 seconds, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and create engaging Reels aligned with brand goals and audience interests.
- Stay updated with current trends, viral audio, and Instagram algorithm changes.
- Use Instagram’s editing tools or mobile apps (like CapCut or InShot) for polished content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas and schedules.
- Optimize content based on reach, engagement, and performance data.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience creating Instagram Reels or similar video content.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, design, and timing.
- Comfort appearing on camera or directing others, if needed.
- Familiarity with Instagram growth strategies and engagement techniques.
- Creativity, consistency, and strong attention to detail.
