We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Content Creator to join our team and help us enhance our brand presence through engaging Reels and social media content.

As a Video Content Creator at Cutesy and Minis, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content for our social media platforms, especially Instagram Reels. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in front of the camera, has a creative eye, and can bring fresh ideas to the table. You should be passionate about content creation, be able to edit videos, and have a good understanding of social media trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality video content, including Instagram Reels, to showcase our hair accessories and engage our target audience.
- Be comfortable recording yourself and others on camera to create authentic and relatable content.
- Manage and maintain our social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Brainstorm and execute new and creative video concepts that align with current trends and our brand's voice.
- Edit and optimize videos for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video content creation, especially for social media (please provide a portfolio or links to your work).
- Comfortable being on camera and recording videos.
- Own a iPhone or smartphone with a good camera for high-quality video recording.
- Proficiency in video editing software or apps.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in hair accessories and styling.
- Basic photography skills.
