**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for an Organic Client Outreach Coordinator to lead personalized, non-paid outreach efforts across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp. This role involves initiating and managing direct conversations with potential clients, with a focus on relationship-building, value-driven messaging, and lead nurturing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients using direct messages on social media platforms.
- Personalize outreach messages based on audience segment and platform context.
- Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move conversations forward.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach goals.
- Maintain accurate outreach records and track responses and lead status.
- Continuously optimize outreach processes based on performance insights.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in organic outreach or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp for business use.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused.
- Basic understanding of marketing and client acquisition strategy is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
