**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a personable and organized **Digital Marketing Client Relations Executive** to manage and nurture relationships with our digital marketing clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and helping coordinate services such as **Google Ads**, **PPC**, **social media marketing**, and **branding** to meet client objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with digital marketing teams to ensure services align with goals.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on campaign performance for clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upselling opportunities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years experience in client relations, account management, or customer service, preferably in digital marketing
- Good understanding of digital marketing services including **Google Ads**, **PPC**, and **social media marketing**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts
