We are seeking both freshers and experienced professionals to join our team as Client Relationship Executives. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Follow up regularly with clients to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback on services/products
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information on interactions and transactions
- Resolve any client issues or escalations with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any concerns before they become issues
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer retention, satisfaction, and sales growth

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns effectively
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
