We are seeking both freshers and experienced professionals to join our team as Client Relationship Partners. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key clients by offering personalized support and solutions
- Understand the client’s business goals and challenges, offering tailored solutions to drive success and satisfaction
- Proactively engage with clients to identify new opportunities, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, support) to ensure seamless delivery of services and to address client concerns
- Regularly check in with clients to monitor satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Actively manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements (SLAs) in alignment with client expectations
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, ensuring up-to-date information in the CRM system
- Ensure client retention by identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact the relationship
- Achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Client-focused approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools or client management software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
