**Job Title**: Client Relationship Officer

**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

As a **Client Relationship Officer**, your primary role will be to develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our clients. You will serve as the key point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our company. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and help drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing information, and offering tailored solutions.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing proactive support to enhance satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by providing insights on customer needs, contributing to upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- **Client Onboarding**: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable using our products or services.
- **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or additional services.
- **Client Retention**: Focus on retaining existing clients by building trust, understanding their evolving needs, and offering solutions that align with their goals.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and follow-ups in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Reporting**: Track and report on client feedback, service performance, and key metrics to provide insights for process improvement.
