**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and communication-savvy **Client Outreach Officer** to connect with potential clients, introduce our services, and create opportunities for the sales team. This voice-based role is ideal for someone skilled in initiating conversations and generating interest in digital solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to reach potential clients.
- Introduce the company’s services and identify basic business needs.
- Share initial information, handle queries, and qualify interest levels.
- Schedule follow-up discussions with the sales or technical team.
- Keep detailed CRM records of outreach status and next steps.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume and qualified leads.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years of experience in voice-based outreach or lead generation, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional tone over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tracking.
- Basic understanding of digital or IT services is preferred.
