**Job Title: Client Relationship Officer**

We are seeking both freshers and experienced professionals to join our team as Client Relationship Officers. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing timely solutions
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Understand client requirements and tailor product or service offerings to meet their expectations
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any issues, concerns, or inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and engagement
- Assist clients in understanding and utilizing products/services, offering guidance as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and document all interactions in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address any client-related concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
- Ensure client retention by proactively addressing issues and offering solutions to enhance client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed targets related to customer satisfaction, retention, and sales growth

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships
- Client-focused with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service
- Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively handle client concerns
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Highly organized and able to manage time efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
