**Client Servicing Executive & Soft Sales**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable, detailed project plans.
- Drive client satisfaction by anticipating their needs and addressing challenges promptly.
- Identify and pursue soft sales opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital marketing solutions aligned with client goals.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the digital marketing industry trends and solutions.
- Identifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clients
- Achieving the monthly/yearly revenue targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years in client servicing, account management, or sales roles within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create detailed plans, set deadlines, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving client challenges.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
