**Job Description For Client Relationship Executive**

**Location**: Sector 2, Noida, UP

**Salary & Perks**: 250000 - 400000 (Per Annum) + Incentives

**Timing -**11:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. (Mon - Fri)

11:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. (SAT)

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Onsite Maintain high standards of customer services so that customers expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback obtained from customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements.
- Harnessing internal relationships to better address clients' needs and to maximize our profits.
- Maintain and update the database with information regarding the existing Price of the Product
- Responsible for daily administration Prepare MIS and reports on a daily basis.
- Pleasant and Presentable Personality.
- Strong Interpersonal and Collaborative Skills.

**Work Location: Bizupon India Pvt. Ltd.**

**Noida Sector - 15, UP 201301**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
