**Job Summary**:
We are seeking both **fresher** and **experienced** individuals to join our dynamic team as a **Sales Coordinator**. In this role, you will support the sales team in managing client accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication across various departments. Whether you’re new to the field or have prior experience, this position offers the opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact on the success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Support & Coordination**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule meetings, follow up on pending orders, and manage timelines.
- **Order Processing & Documentation**:

- Process and track customer orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain sales records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information is available for sales reps and management.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:

- Act as the point of contact between the sales team and other departments, including marketing, operations, and logistics.
- Ensure seamless communication across departments to resolve issues, deliver customer solutions, and support sales efforts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and keeping customers informed about order statuses.
- Help maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze data to assist with forecasting and decision-making.
- Assist in managing inventory and stock levels, ensuring product availability for customers.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in scheduling and organizing sales meetings, conferences, and events.
- Perform administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and maintaining sales documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:
**For Freshers**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn the dynamics of sales operations.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and the ability to manage client orders efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with internal teams and external customers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
