**Digital Marketing Coordinator**

**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad (In-Office)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to coordinate digital marketing campaigns and client requests.
Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate the execution of digital marketing strategies, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and project progress.
Gather and analyze client feedback, providing insights to improve marketing performance.
Support business development efforts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
