**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO & SEM Support**: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and assist in executing PPC campaigns and Google Ads management.
**Social Media Management**: Help manage social media profiles, schedule posts, and engage with followers to grow brand presence and improve engagement.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, designers, and developers to ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet business goals.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior insights.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and basic social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar platforms.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
Basic understanding of PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit content for accuracy and clarity.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating basic visuals.

**Preferred Skills**:
Copywriting and content creation experience.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign).
Basic knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
Knowledge of A/B testing and optimizing landing pages and campaign performance.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
Experience with video content creation or editing (e.g., basic video editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
**Education & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
