**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain digital marketing services (Google Ads, SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.).
- Generate interest and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide post-sales updates when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM software (e.g., **HubSpot**, **Salesforce**).
- Understand clients' pain points and recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of proposals, quotations, or follow-ups.
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or client outreach in digital marketing or related industry
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of **Digital Marketing concepts** (Google Ads, PPC, SEO, social media marketing)
- Ability to explain marketing services clearly to non-technical prospects
- Proficiency in using **CRM tools** such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills

**Added Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience in **post-sales client communication and retention**:

- Familiarity with **lead tracking** and performance metrics
- Understanding of **sales funnels** and digital lead conversion strategies
- Multi-language fluency (if required for regional market outreach)
