Banaras Digital Solution - Digital Marketing Internship (Telecaller & Counselor)

As a Telecaller and Counselor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping potential clients understand the value of our digital marketing courses.

Position: Digital Marketing Internship (Telecaller & Counselor)Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients and guide them through the available digital marketing courses.
  • Make calls to prospects, inform them about course details, and help them make informed decisions.
  • Counsel potential students, answer their queries, and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Assist in following up with leads and maintaining records of calls and interactions.
  • Help in promoting digital marketing services and courses across different channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or counseling is a plus, but not required.
