**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Trainer

**Location**: Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design lesson plans, create training material, and update content as per industry trends
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and mock interviews to evaluate student learning
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and doubt-clearing sessions
- Prepare students for certifications like Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and training feedback
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality learning outcomes
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and workshops

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience in digital marketing
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics for students from non-technical backgrounds
