**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a sharp and persuasive **IT Sales Telecaller** to finalize deals over the phone with warm leads. The role requires strong communication, a solid understanding of IT and digital marketing services (especially Google Ads), and the ability to close efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call and follow up with qualified leads to close IT service and digital marketing deals
- Clearly communicate service value and address client objections
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status and call notes
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align messaging
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly closing targets
- Ensure smooth handover of closed accounts to the execution team
**What We Value**:

- Confidence in handling objections and converting warm leads into customers
- Knowledge of Google Ads, digital marketing, or IT solutions
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills

**Preferred Experience**:
- 1 years in telesales or inside sales
- Experience with CRM systems and structured follow-ups
- Understanding of basic digital marketing concepts and performance metrics
