**Key Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calling: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explain features, benefits, and pricing, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments.
**Inbound Call Handling**: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints over the phone.
**Customer Relationship Management**: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a database and following up with leads and existing customers.
**Lead Generation**: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone calls and other means.
**Customer Support**: Providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Compliance**: Adhering to company policies and telecalling scripts.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Communication Skills**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain products, listen actively, and build rapport with customers.
**Persuasion and Sales Skills**:
Ability to persuade customers to make purchases, negotiate, and close sales deals.
**Basic Computer Skills**
Familiarity with computer systems and software, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
**Data Entry Skills**
Ability to accurately maintain customer records and update databases.
**Adaptability**:
Willingness to adapt communication styles based on customer needs and preferences.
**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:
**Market Research**:Ability to understand customer needs and trends.
