Telecaller - Freight Services Sales

Telecaller responsible to do sales calling for Import and Export related services. Have to offer and convert clients for Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding Services.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Call customers and pitching them about our company's services.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner through CRM.
- Responsible to generate leads and onboard new customers.
- Generate sales and interact with prospective customers through CRM - Mail, Phone, WhatsApp.
- Responsible to fix minimum 02 appointments with customers on daily basis for our Sales Team.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Must have minimum 1yr experience of Sales Telecalling
- Excellent communication skills and good command over English & Hindi languages.
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility
