**Responsibilities**:

- **Making Outbound Calls**: Contacting potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
- **Handling Inbound Calls**: Addressing customer inquiries and providing necessary assistance.
- **Lead Generation and Sales**: Converting leads into customers and meeting sales targets.
- **Customer Support**: Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Maintaining Records**: Updating customer information and documenting call outcomes.
