
Digital Marketing Appointment Setter

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented **Digital Marketing Appointment Setter** to support our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, educating them about our digital marketing services—including **Google Ads**, **PPC**, **social media marketing**, and **branding**—and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify prospects based on their interest, need, and potential fit for our digital marketing services.
- Clearly explain the benefits of services such as Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing.
- Coordinate calendars and set up meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer outreach
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, PPC, Social Media, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident phone presence
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
