**Job Title: Internal Sales Coordinator**

**We are seeking Freshers and Experienced Internal Sales Coordinators** to join our dynamic sales team Whether you're starting your career or have experience in sales coordination, we want motivated individuals who can help streamline our sales processes, support our sales team, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the sales team, customer service, and other internal departments to ensure smooth communication, order processing, and sales operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in supporting the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotes, proposals, and other sales materials.
- **Order Processing**: Coordinate and track sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time.
- **Customer Communication**: Respond to customer inquiries, provide order updates, and act as a liaison between the sales team and clients.
- **Sales Reporting**: Generate regular sales reports, track sales performance, and assist in forecasting by maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work with various departments (logistics, marketing, finance, and customer service) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- **CRM Management**: Input and update sales data and client information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to maintain accurate sales records.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability for orders.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assist in qualifying inbound leads, gathering relevant information, and scheduling meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, assist with any post-sales support, and encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **For Freshers**:

- Strong interest in sales coordination or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and sales processes.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the company.
- 1-3 years of experience in an internal sales coordinator, sales support, or administrative role (preferably within a sales environment).
- Strong familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to track sales activity, manage client data, and generate reports.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in managing orders and reports.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in order processing, sales support, or client management is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and the ability to support sales teams with necessary documentation.
