About Us: Established in 2014 Wishes and Blessings is a registered NGO dedicated to helping the underprivileged with an aim to spread blessings and fulfill wishes by linking donors with beneficiaries.

Job Summary: The Outreach Officer will play a crucial role in developing and implementing outreach strategies to increase community engagement and awareness about our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute outreach plans and strategies to engage with community members, organizations, and partners.
- Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and meetings.
- Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and other relevant organizations.
- Collect and analyze feedback from outreach activities to improve future efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
- Prepare reports on outreach activities and their impact.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community outreach, public relations, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Passion for community engagement

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with diverse communities.
- Familiarity with local community organizations and stakeholders.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
