
Chat Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with users in real time via **live chat** and resolve their issues efficiently and professionally
- Guide customers through product features, onboarding steps, and setup processes (e.g., WhatsApp Business, call features)
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide clear, step-by-step resolutions
- Document recurring queries to enhance our internal knowledge base and FAQs
- Collaborate with technical and product teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Capture, analyze, and relay customer feedback for product improvement
- Maintain a high **Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)** score by delivering quality support
**Requirements**:
- **1-2 years** of experience in **chat-based customer support**, ideally for a **SaaS or tech platform**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in **English and Hindi**:
- Ability to explain technical features and resolve issues for non-technical users
- Familiarity with **WhatsApp Business API**, cloud telephony, or **CRM tools** is a strong advantage
- Proficient in tools like **Freshdesk**, **Google Workspace**, and **MS Excel**:
- Understanding of support KPIs such as **CSAT**, **First Response Time (FRT)**, and **Turnaround Time (TAT)**:
- Prior experience in a **startup or fast-paced tech environment** is a plus
