**Profile Introduction**:
As a Front Office Officer (OJJ), you will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive impression of our company and ensuring smooth operations of the front desk.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they are directed appropriately.
- Managing the reception area and maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Managing appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Providing support to other departments as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding visitor access and security protocols.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
**Languages:
- English, Hindi and Marathi**
