**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a results-driven **Marketplace Specialist** with a strong background in **performance marketing** to optimize our marketplace presence and drive revenue growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to improve product visibility, customer acquisition, and overall marketplace performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for marketplace growth and customer acquisition.
- Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, images, and promotions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Continuously refine pricing, promotions, and listings to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with product and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Present regular reports with insights, achievements, and growth recommendations to leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience managing marketplace platforms and performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and optimization strategies.
- Proficient in analytics and performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
