**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
**Listing & Catalog Management**
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings with relevant keywords, A+ content, images, and descriptions
- Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date across all platforms

**Inventory & Order Coordination**
- Coordinate with warehouse/supply chain teams to manage stock levels and order fulfillment
- Monitor returns, cancellations, and escalations to minimize operational issues

**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track key metrics like sales, conversions, ROAS, and customer reviews
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders

**Platform Communication & Policy Adherence**
- Stay updated with policy changes and promotional opportunities across platforms
- Coordinate with category managers/account managers from Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

**Campaign & Promotion Support**
- Collaborate with the marketing team for planning and executing platform-specific promotions
- Coordinate deals, discounts, and ad placements as per marketplace guidelines

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, preferably in the beauty/skincare domain
- Familiarity with backend portals of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Seller Panel, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple listings and marketplaces simultaneously
- Good communication skills to coordinate internally and externally

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience with product launches and marketplace onboarding
- Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or any analytics dashboards is a plus
