**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketplace Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement strategies for brand growth on key marketplaces (Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.).
- Optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, and keywords, to improve product discoverability and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and take action to drive improvements in key metrics (e.g., sales, ACoS, ROAS).
- Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals to increase visibility and sales.
- **Marketplace Operations & Optimization**:
- Manage inventory and stock levels across multiple platforms, ensuring products are listed and replenished in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, minimizing delays or errors.
- Ensure pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with brand positioning while maximizing margins.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings, ensuring compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting**:
- Track, analyze, and report on marketplace performance metrics (traffic, sales, conversion rates, etc.).
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for optimization and differentiation.
- Regularly analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for product or service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers to gain insights, access new features, and resolve any platform-specific issues.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience managing marketplace accounts (Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.) with a proven track record of driving sales and optimizing performance.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the jewelry industry and its online retail dynamics.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Expertise in marketplace seller portals, advertising tools (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads), and tools for listing management and performance tracking.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret sales, traffic, and performance data to make informed decisions.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
**Desirable Qualifications**:
- Prior experience working with jewelry or fashion brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with other marketplaces (e.g., Myntra, Tata Cliq) is a plus.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Hellium or any other data analysis tools.
