**Responsibilities**:
1. Marketplace Management:

- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and Tata Cliq.
- Activate and onboard new sales channels while ensuring timely listing of products.

2. Sales Growth Strategies:

- Develop and implement promotional campaigns, including ad strategies, to boost visibility and sales.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and untapped growth opportunities.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Analyze sales data and marketplace metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Track performance to ensure monthly top-line and bottom-line revenue targets are achieved.

4. Customer Engagement & Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries and manage product reviews to maintain a positive reputation.

5. Operations & Coordination:

- Work closely with marketing, design, and inventory teams to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Oversee order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and account reconciliation using tools like Unicommerce.

6. Platform Relationships:

- Build and maintain relationships with platform Points of Contact (POCs) to secure promotional opportunities and visibility support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management, specifically in activating sales channels and optimizing product listings.
- Hands-on expertise in running ads and managing promotional campaigns on marketplaces.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with inventory management tools (e.g., Unicommerce) and catalogue optimization techniques.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
