**Job Title: Marketing and E-Commerce Executive**

**Location**:Andheri West, Mumbai

**Reports to**:Executive Vice President, Marketing & Product Development

**Employment Type**:Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Marketing Support**:

- Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Help manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities.

**2. E-Commerce Operations**:

- Assist in the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Work on customer service to address any e-commerce-related customer inquiries or issues.
- Help optimize the user experience on the e-commerce platform, including navigation, search functionality, and checkout process.

**3. Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and other departments, to align marketing and e-commerce efforts with overall business objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing and e
- commerce initiatives.
- Support the marketing and e-commerce teams with ad hoc tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
