**Job Summary**

The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and growing the online presence of the company’s products and services. This role involves optimizing online platforms, implementing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional online customer experience to drive sales and brand awareness.

**Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Store Management**
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s e-commerce website(s).
- Ensure product listings are accurate, detailed, and visually appealing (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, etc.).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with the supply chain team.
- Collaborate with developers or external agencies for website updates and improvements.

**Digital Marketing**
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve ROI on digital advertising.
- Optimize content for search engines to improve organic traffic.

**Customer Engagement**
- Provide support and resolve issues for online customers promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback on e-commerce platforms to improve services and reputation.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

**Sales and Performance Analysis**
- Track and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and website traffic.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for sales growth, such as promotional campaigns and seasonal sales.

**Coordination and Collaboration**
- Work closely with the product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Liaise with marketing and creative teams to develop promotional assets for e-commerce channels.
- Collaborate with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Flipkart) to expand the company’s online footprint.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and online advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,230.98 - ₹20,000.00 per month
