About the Role:

Soul Works is looking for a highly driven and experienced Marketplace Manager to lead our presence across leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Flipkart, and others.

After 3 months of probation, This will become a revenue-driven role — ideal for someone who understands how to build, scale, and optimize brand performance on online marketplaces. You will be responsible for onboarding Soul Works on new platforms, managing existing ones, and driving sales growth and profitability through strategic marketplace management.

We're seeking a hands-on performer — someone who can take full ownership of marketplace operations, work independently, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Soul Works' marketplace strategy across platforms including Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, etc.
  • Onboard SoulWorks on new marketplaces and manage all listing, cataloging, and pricing processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace category managers and account teams.
  • Analyze platform performance data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute promotional and marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Manage stock planning, demand forecasting, and product visibility on marketplaces.
  • Track and report sales growth and revenue metrics across platforms.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, content, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Set and achieve monthly revenue targets — with performance-based incentives.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Proven experience in brand onboarding, account management, and growth optimization on platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio.
  • Ability to share case studies or examples of brands you've managed — including growth charts, performance improvements, and key outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while leading a small support team.
  • Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, promotions, and category growth levers.

Job Details:

  • Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
  • Type: Full-time, On-site
  • Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience & expertise)
