What Youll Do

  • Own and manage operations across international marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, Trendyol, and others.
  • Handle inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock allocation to ensure availability and minimize deadstock.
  • Maintain strong relationships with platform account managers to drive visibility and sales.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, campaigns, and promotions to maximize performance.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics like sales, return rates, listing health, and delivery SLAs.
  • Liaise with internal teams (supply chain, finance, content, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketplace operations through data and insights.

What You Bring:

  • 1-4 years of experience managing e-commerce operations or marketplace accounts. (Preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Noon Seller Lab, and similar dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, promotions, listings, and platform algorithm behavior.
  • Ability to manage and execute across multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in FMCG, personal care, or kids nutrition categories is a big plus.
