About the Role

We are looking for a Marketplace Specialist who will play a key role in expanding Pinklays presence across leading Indian and global online marketplaces. This role is for someone who understands the dynamics of fashion e-commerce deeply from onboarding to scaling, optimizing operations, and driving growth. If youve got the knack for numbers, trends, and storytelling through data while keeping the brand voice intact, this could be for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Onboarding & Management: Lead end-to-end onboarding and setup of Pinklay across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
  • Revenue & Growth: Own revenue targets for marketplace channels, identify opportunities for growth, and build strategies to scale sales.
  • Catalog & Content Management: Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Strategize, execute, and monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generate actionable insights, and build data-led strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, design, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.
  • Compliance & Relationships: Ensure compliance with platform requirements and build strong relationships with marketplace account managers to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
  • Skillset: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in fashion, marketplaces, and digital commerce.
