Role Description

This is a hybrid role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and providing customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, communicating with potential clients, assisting with customer inquiries, and developing strategies to grow the business.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze market trends
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with potential clients
  • Experience with Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Customer Service skills and the ability to assist with customer inquiries
  • Ability to develop strategies to grow the business
  • Relevant knowledge in the fintech or financial services industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
