Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, technology, or advertising, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on sales metrics and client feedback to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related role within a technology or advertising agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
